Our Wedding Packages come in five flavours, Ultimate, Diamond, Emerald, Sapphire and Ruby.

Starting from as little as R4550.00 for our Ruby Package means there is a package to suit any budget.

Wedding Photography Packages

• What's the right package for you?

  Not all couples are lucky enough to be able to afford the most expensive package, even if it does present the best value for money. With this in mind Media Studio has always tried to make quality, professional wedding photography available to everyone, irrespective of their income or budget.
• The packages that you see on offer here have been designed to cater for a range of clientelle, however, should you wish to modify a package to more suit your specific requirements, feel free to cantact us so we can discuss the options and work out a deal that best suits you.

• So whats included?

  Included as standard with every package we offer is the following:
  Travelling (if not more than 50km in total for the day), as many pre-wedding consultations as you require, the entire day's coverage, up to 10 hours'(except the 'Ruby' package which covers a total of 8 hours), and editing of the images that are included in the relevant package. All packages include a disc containing the High Res (jpeg format) images included in your package.
• Apart from the above items, the packages all differ in regards to their contents and we suggest that you take the time to go over the package descriptions carefully, so as to choose the package that is right for you, and that accommodates your budget and aspirations.
• Once you have decided on a particular package go over to the Contact page or the 'Request a Quote' page and get in touch with us as soon as you can, as we get booked quiet far in advance, and we'd hate to dissappoint you.

• What's NOT included?

  If the total amount traveled exceeds 50km then a fee of R2.00 per km will be charged. Any images you may want to purchase above and beyond those specified in your package will be charged an additional amount of R8.00 per image (for editing). This does not apply to the Ultimate package as it includes all photos taken (minimum 1000) at your wedding, all fully edited..

• Our Responsibilities

  Media Studio is responsible for ensuring that, in the event of illness, a suitably qualified photographer will be available to fill in. We are also responsible, should you choose to supply us with a shot list, to ensure that such list be complete. For a complete rundown of all the details please read the contract carefully.

• Your Responsibilities

  You, the client will be responsible for ensuring that seating, food and refreshments for the photographer and his assistant be available. You are also required to ensure that a family member be present during the group photo session to help facilitate the various family group photos.
  
  Lastly, though we don't mind guests taking photographs at your wedding as long as they do not interfere with our job. and there is to be no other photographers present that might impede Media Studio in the fulfillment of it's job of taking your perfect wedding photos.

• Terms and Conditions

  As mentioned above, both parties will be obliged to sign a contract specifying the responsibilities and duties of both parties as well as detailing the contents of the particular package concerned. • Before you decide

  Before you make any decisions, we would advise you to set up an appointment with Media Studio to come in and discuss your wedding in more detail, at which time any questions or requests you may will be dealt with.
